You can customise the default automated emails which are sent to your app users. The following emails can be customised:
Step 2. You need to enable login option from the Member Login section. To activate/enable, use the toggle button next to the Enable Login option.
Step 3. Now please click on the Custom Emails section under Member Login.
Step 4. Click on the drop-down menu to select the email you want to customise. Lets select the New Subscription email template which goes out to any app user who signs up on your app.
Step 5. You can edit the subject line, add an image or your brand logo, edit the top and bottom content of the email, change the mail-to address to a valid email address and also add a Team name.
Note: The default email text cannot be edited.
Step 6. Click on the Save button to save the changes. Please Publish your app once you have made the changes, so they get reflected on your mobile app successfully.
