The Courses component is part of the Events functionality within your Beezer admin dashboard. You can add a list of Courses to your app. Your users will be able to see the list of Courses, search by using filters like date, course name, etc., and send a message of interest in regards to a selected course.
To start with, you need to add an Event organizer - this could be you or an external agent who will have access to add information about the courses and receive email updates every time when an app user has expressed interest in the course.
Please navigate to the Member login section of your Beezer Dashboard and enable Events using the toggle button. Then click on Event Organizer option under it.
To add an Event Organizer, please click on the sign on the top right-hand-side corner as shown in the above image:
Now add the Event Organizer details in the pop up box which is displayed.
You can add multiple Event Organizers in your Beezer Dashboard.
Add a Course
Navigate to Courses within your Beezer admin dashboard (Member login -> Events-> Courses).
Select an Event Organizer, and then click on the sign on the top right-hand-side corner as shown in the image above.
Fill in the details of this courses in the pop up box displayed as below and then click Create button:
Note: Course Type, Category and Location are added in the Event Calendar component. If you disable the Active toggle button, the courses won't get displayed to your app users under the Event Calendar component.
To check all courses belonging to a particular Event Organizer, you can select the Event Organizer under Events section of your Beezer Dashboard and the associated courses will be displayed as seen below:
Once you have added all Courses, you can display these by adding the Event Calendar component to a chosen page or a new page inside your app.
You can also display a list of all Event Organizers within your app by adding the Event Organizer component. (This is completely optional and you can choose to skip this if you do not wish to disclose your Event Organizers or if you are the only Event Organizer).
Select an existing page or add a new page from the Build -> Pages section by clicking on the + sign next to Pages of your Beezer Dashboard.
Once you have added or selected the page on which you wish to add the Events Organizer Component, click on the + sign next to your page title to see a list of components.
Scroll down at the bottom of the components list to select the Event Organizer component and click Add Event Calendar Organizers button.
The added Event organizer component will display all Events Organizers as below:
To learn more about the Event Organizer, your app users can tap on organizer name. They can even contact the Event Organizer by clicking on the Contact button.
The Event Organizer will receive an email with the app user's query, and then they can continue the communication via email.
