The Schedule Component lets you list an agenda or schedule for your Event.
Follow the instructions below to set up your Schedule Component:
Step 1: Log in to your Beezer Dashboard.
Step 2: Click on the Build section -> Select an existing page or click the "+" to add a new page.
Step 3: Search for "Schedule" and click the "Add Schedule Component" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: To create categories for your schedules, enter the category name and click the "+" icon to create the category.
Step 5: To create Programs in your schedule component, click on + icon and enter program details: Title, Subtitle, Assign Category, and Group Visibility. You can redirect them to your app page or other URL.
- To enable a dialog box or popup box when anybody clicks on the program please enable the toggle for Dialog. You can add the following details:
- Image for the Event or Speaker
- Speaker Name or Program Name
- Speaker Position
- Event Description
You can add multiple Schedule items into the one-time slot. You can create multiple time slots on the same day by simply choosing the same date in each program/schedule item.
You can categorize each Schedule item to allow the user to filter the items by category.
Within each Schedule Item, you set more information and provide Navigation links to elsewhere in the App or to external web pages.
Times are entered in the GMT timezone and will be displayed in the local timezone on the user's device.
Step 6: You can choose from different Schedule layouts in the Layout tab.
