The Inventory is part of the Food Orders section in Business Tools. In the Inventory you can add product items which will be displayed in the Food Ordering component on the app page to which you have added it. To add inventory to your Business Tools->Food Orders, please navigate to your Beezer dashboard and select “Inventory”
To add/upload a new product to your inventory, please click on the plus sign on the top right-hand-side corner as shown below:
You will now need to enter the item details, stock status, and pricing for the new product.
Item details - You can add following details under Item details section:
- Product Name
- Product Image
Inventory - You can add following details under Inventory section:
- Product ID
Pricing - You can add/update following details under Pricing section:
- Previous Price (This can be used to show that your product is on Sale or is having a discounted price. You need to enter a higher price in this box.
- Price (This box shows the current price of your product. If you are entering a price in the "Previous Price" box, kindly ensure you enter a reduced price to show that its on Sale or available at a discounted rate than before.
Once you add all details for your product, you have an option to list the newly added product as "Default" or "Specials". If you list it as "Specials", this product will be listed on the top of your product list and will have more visibility.
You also have an option to save the product as a Draft or in Active status. If Draft, it won't be displayed to your app users. When you click on Add Item, the product is added to your inventory.
